A healthy chunk of that will be going to keep their players.
Decker being the biggest target to keep JMO. But depending on what he wants, I'd try to keep Knowshon the hardest.

They value Decker at #2 money (6-7 mil a year), he'll probably get #1 money (9-10+ mil a year)
Doesnt look like they'll keep Knowshon though, unless he's gonna break the bank, i dont know why they wouldnt keep him.
Schefter said he may want to finish his career in Georgia.
Would love Knowshon in Atlanta but he's not a need at all. Only way I'd bring him in is if it's for a huge deal similar apy like Bush or Jackson signed for. Maybe a little more.

They drafted Ball that had a very good ypc last year and really came on toward the end. I wouldn't bank on a Knowshon return. Most backs flourish in a PM offense, so they probably would take the plug n play course of action even if they didn't have Ball.
It wouldn't shock me if they made a tiny run at Donald Brown if he isn't brought back by Indy though. Just give them two backs to pound it with when they get in those SD\SEA games...

Knowshon is very underrated JMO. He's not an elite back and if he looks for that kind of money he should be cast aside. But if he signs around 7M some team would be wise to pick him up. If someone can get him for 5 that would be a great risk to take.
Only concern for Knowshon is health. He can run well, he's one of the best in the league out of the Backfield.
As I said above, if he'd sign a 4/16 deal like Bush did last year to come play in Georgia again, I'd welcome him in. I know it's not a big need but we could tandem him with Jackson to start then cut Jackson after 2014.

Well, thats not the only concern. He was on the roster bubble before Pey Pey came in the fold. In fact he was predicted to be cut in favor of the three headed monster of scrubs Elway brought in until they saw none of them could pass protect worth a flip.
What has changed since then? Peyton. Lot of backs look great with him on the field.
