Garcon missed much of the year with some kind of foot problem that he hurt in the first game of the season.

    Santana Moss----lol.

The Skins had the best running team in the NFL in large part bc RG3 ran for 800+ yards.

Not bad for a guy with absolutely NO running game. Seriously. The Falcons were almost dead last in rushing yards in the NFL last year.

Which is especially sad considering teams were focusing on stopping the pass. Will be interesting to watch the playcalling with Jackson back there. Not to mention Jackson actually makes a team have t obe honest and put someone good on our RB in coverage.

That's fair, I'd rather have Thomas.

Thats a tough argument. Bryant may be better (Im not saying that), but he's also a headcase which adds risk.

I think Dez's "headcase" label is overstated. He has been in no trouble since becoming a Cowboy, and from all accounts I'm familiar with has been a model teammate and player. He isn't the brightest crayon in the box, but he's overall a good guy and hard worker.

Yep. Having Jackson in the backfield doesn't give away the play call presnap.

If it's obvious homerism, let me know and tell me why.
I know he had character questions coming out of OkSt. But I don't see what he's done that's so bad since becoming a Cowboy.

    I don't have a problem with Dez.

I've defended him elsewhere, but I would take Thomas.

Really can't go wrong with either, both are studs.

His off the field issues may be overblown, but still a cause for concern, slightly.

He was arrested last offseason and is on probation, correct?

He also has a special rules set by the Cowboys against him?

He's also lost his cool in at least a game or 2. (not TO level)

Im not saying you couldn't tough the guy, just that his personality leaves some risk.

I'm just asking what off the field issues he's had recently.
The only thing I can think of in the last few years is the saggy pants in the mall episode, which was really nothing.
Other than that, I don't recall much of anything.
I agree that you can't go wrong with either.

Agreed, if we are talking top 3 and a TE, Niners are up there.

    With Crabtree healthy.

Not sure VD is the best TE, but certainly top 3, Graham is the best TE IMO, dude is ridiculousally good.

He got arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence charge for "hitting" his biological (crackhead) mother. She didn't press charges and as far as I know (could be wrong) he's not on probation.

The "special rules" thing was when he first entered the league to keep him focused and on track. Deion was his "babysitter" but that's ended.

Again, I think the thing with his mother is sketchy, and there's no telling what happened (and as far as I know nothing came from it?)
And he's not on legal probation.

Also last season he was incredible consistently and is still just 24. Probably still had/has some maturing to do, but I think he will be 100% fine.

And thats all and well. But, if you had the choice of the 2 as an outsider, I would factor in Bryants past when choosing which player to sign/pick/etc.

Sure, absolutely. But I believe Dez has the higher ceiling and better physical tools.

Just fyi, but Thomas is an inch taller and has 3/4 inch larger hands. Dez has 1 inch reach advantage. Same weight. Same 40 time.

Thomas missed actual combine to compare. Them seem really close to me.

You think Graham is better then Gronk when healthy. Gronk is a much better blocker too.
