Talent can only get you so far, depth, coaching, and other things factor in heavily. Falcons do a lot of things well, lots of things, they lost a lot of important guys and so on so forth.

Dez, DThom, Decker, Brown, and Emanuel Sanders were all in that draft. I am sure I forgot some other good receivers as well.
