I'd say the pace they're going is pretty good considering the amount they actually have to count.

Remember, unlike Florida, they didn't get to start until election day, which they also had to tabulate present-day votes as well.

Kudos to the Pennsylvania GOP who created the mail-in voting system and championed it. They created this before COVID, and emphasized how secure the process was.

I'd say she was a big reason the turnout for the Dems was as high as it was. Her voting initiative the last two years has helped a bunch.
