He wants checks sent to people to sit at home on their couch. He believed trumps debt is not affected by today's interest rates, and rather than cut a penny in spending, he wants the government to make a 100 year debt bond to finance new printing

Trump had an economy crushing it that was realing in massive amounts of tax revenues (BUT LETS IGNORE THAT) that would increase the pie.
