Fredi had to CHALLENGE to get the review at second. It had nothing to do with the umpires telling him no.

It's up to the team to challenge the play, they did and should've on a close play. We didn't but had we, then we'd likely had it overturned based on two replays showing Upton coming up on bag as ball arrives in the glove. But Fredi didn't use our challenge for some reason so no replay.
