you would think Hart would know that our offense wasn't gonna be the best so we should have a fair amount of relievers to go along with our solid starting pitchers..is their not someone in our triple- A better then Nick "scrap heap" Masset??

Like I said... I think Fredi was holding out as long as he was without having to bring in Cahill.

I don't know if you've been paying attention but we've had quite a carousel of AAA guys come up in the bullpen this year.

Remember that we're also down two guys to the needle and the damage done.

No ive been paying attention, just find it hard to believe you can't find a decent young arm that Atleast is inconsistent instead of just consistly bad like a retread like Masset.i understand Simmons getting hurt kinda of screwed us this year but I'd rather see a young arm with potential I guess..

If one of Masset or Cahill isn't DFA'd after tonight we're just not trying. I'd DFA both of them.

It's easy to forget that at one point the bullpen looked like it was going to be a strength—Kimbrel, Shea, Grilli, Johnson, Viz, etc.

I'm convinced it's Uribe juju. Let's sacrifice a pudgy Latino infielder to placate the baseball gods.

    Bert?

If Bowman is right sounds like we will, but I am not sure that will be enough. :)

Switch-hitters usually have too much gristle.
