The downside of this lineup is Dansby is never going to see fastballs again.

    Great job Snit! (Probably AA)
They said Snit had a meeting with the team about the lineup before hand. If that's the case then it probably was suggested from up top.

Just saw the replay of the HR. Why are teams still throwing Albies first pitch fastballs haha?

Albies has actually shown he can hit stuff outside a fastball (other than perhaps the curve) but given that he likes to ambush, a fastball is a mistake against him.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.

This lineup may stick if we don't see any slumps.

I've noticed that he has been seeing an inordinate amount of first pitch curveballs lately, but Velasquez is a rebel.

Is it me or have the umps really hurt the braves this year between balls/strikes and base calls?

If it makes people happy I’m all for it, but never seen anything that suggested that it particularly mattered one way or the other mathematically.
