Medlen, Beachy were all awesome before injuries. Minor had two great seasons with us.

Medlen and Beachy don't count. Again didn't last. That my whole point. Last solid starter we got the benefit of was Millwood. That is too long ago.

I am so confident Wright will never amount to anything for the Braves that I will get an "I heart Yankees" tattoo on my ass if he ever produces even a half season for the Braves with an ERA under 4. The only worst draft pick I can recall is Cody Johnson. Both picks were so bad that everyone involved should have been fired.

Edit - include Langeliers too. Mind blowingly bad pick.

Ok last night was bad but I still like our odds to at least split the series. I think we can make a game of it tonight and I have high hopes for Saturday and Sunday with Soroka and Gausman on the mound

Good moves. I think Riley for duvall should happen too for a while, but I understand giving Riley a few more PA

Good. He should be pissed. It was a ****-show all over. Terrible pitching, terrible defense, all of it. We gave a pitcher hitting .094 three hits and five RBIs.

Touki and Wright both have to start. The Touki move needed to happen weeks ago.

As much as the results, its the deer in headlights look that some of our younger pitchers have that marks them as not quite ready. Webb is one kid who looks like he wants to be out there. But he is on the IL. Hopefully some of the others step up. But by the end of July I think we'll have an extra veteran guy in the pen to help provide the laidership.

Weigel was “supposed” to be one of the guys that made it and if he would have stayed healthy I think he would have been a mainstay in the rotation. It’s still probably going to be next year until he is dominant again.

Duvall should get a shot, but he really needs to play every day.

Those moves were going to happen regardless. Both guys will be unavailable to pitch for several days.
