I just don't understand people sometimes. Most crimes are terrible, but at least I can usually understand the motives. Not in cases like this though.

The motive is that he’s sexually attracted to 13-year old children. Not hard to understand.

What is hard to understand is the complete lack of a conscience it would require to take advantage of a child like that.
