Ozzie’s fault. He blocked the best view. We should bench him. But seriously. It is over. We need to move on.

Even my wife who has a basic understanding of safe and out saw it as safe. Just absurd that 'professionals' didn't see this.

Some people are saying he was tagged on the helmet before the shoulder and that's what made him out. They say his helmet seemed to flap down when Montgomery's glove went by it and that proves he tagged his helmet. I thought the helmet went down because he did the belly flopped slide.
Why are people complaining about Viz? I mean he's not Kimbrel, but he's hardly a bum.
If you have a chance to add Kimbrel for pretty cheap, you do it. but I don't think Boston will be sellers and I don't think he'd be cheap. I'd much rather just ride Viz.

Viz is a good reliever but I don't like him in the closer/highest leverage inning role. He throws gas but is prone to losing his slider and I don't like having a one pitch pitcher in that role. I'd prefer Winkler close games or get the most important inning with Minter/Viz/Carle handling the set up innings.

Overwhelming evidence is required to overturn a call, not uphold it.
If we can't tell for sure he didn't tag the helmet, there is no overwhelming evidence that he didn't. There is no angle that shows the glove clearly missing the helmet with air between them. Therefore, play stands.
