One thing about Ozzie and Dansby, no matter what they are doing at the plate you can count on them playing some excellent defense. By Fangraph's defense rating Dansby is 1st in the NL regardless of position and 7th in the MLB overall. Somehow they have Ozzie as an average defender by both dWAR and the Def rating, but I suspect that has more to do with his early season struggles defensively than anything else.
Ozzie's BABIP in June is .103. He's having epic bad luck right now.
If he sits for a day that will magically get better.
