But point still stands. Tossing the Orioles series in the trash can was really inexcusable. That series really can't be trashed. People feel bad about going 2-2 vs Toronto, but they aren't completely terrible and can hit even with a different cast. Trashing a series against the worst team in MLB is sad.
Yep, at that point we were 15 games over .500; not likely we'll approach that "high water mark" again this season, unfortunately.

Also, wtf is up with the Braves being 1-6 at Suntrust on Friday's, and 4-11 overall on Friday's?
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.

It’s definitely going to be Flaherty pinch-hitting to open the ninth, right?

Let's make it Danny Santana to make it even worse.

It's actually Preston Tucker, I'm pleasantly surprised even if it doesn't work.

It's water under the bridge but even when Winkler was dominating he stunk in keeping the inherited guy from scoring...I said he could be the RH Miller but honestly after seeing that, he can't be, but he can be a SU guy.

Wow Preston. Started off at his shin and ended at his shoe tops and he still swung

So glad we didn't forfeit the extra year of control by bringing Acuna up two weeks early.

Wow. What a sucky loss. This team just keeps finding ways to not win games.

This team is finished. Crazy to say about a team 10 games over .500, but watch

Greinke and Corbin now... I predict a split with Phillies winning 2. We'll be down 2.5 at break. Book it

There is a need for a better bench player than Culberson, Flaherty, Tucker or Santana. Some like Asdrubal Cabrera or Derek Dietrich. A lefty or a switch hitter. Someone also to give some playing time to on the left side of the infield.

Albies should have been up 2 weeks into this season, and Acuna should still be in the minors...probably until the Super 2 cutoff.

Hartcoppy needlessly rushed all 3 of the Braves best position prospects.

And it's well overdue. I'm getting frustrated.
