This is clearly a failure on the part of the event organizers to embrace the culture of minorities and create a system of equitable outcomes for the attendees. Classic systemic racism to not reward the fighting instead of judging the attendees by the standards of whiteness.

It is kind of a flawed system. Yeah it helps them responds to gunshots earlier but when its in a highly black area cops get confused because theres so many black people to detain and search. When it happens in a white area they just look for a black person and assume its them. Hard to do that when 90% of the people are black in an area.

But did the cops call the black guys 'Dude' during the traffic stops? Based on BL thats the important thing to distinguish racism in policing.

I would disagree. I am sure they are looking at pure stats whereas I have seen many encounters where I think cops started shooting largely based on just being scared of a black person. They do it to everyone of every race so its kind of a moot point whether they are more likely to do it to one or the other. I watch a lot of police videos and the one thing that amazes me is the people who act like jackasses when dealing with cops. If your a black person and you are legitimately scared of getting shot there are actual things you can do to significantly lower your chances of getting shot. Keep your hands on the wheel. If they ask you to get something tell them where you have to reach to get it so they know whats going on. Things to not do, dont immediately start screaming hysterically at the cop as soon as he gets to your window. Dont make sudden movements. Dont get out of your car and "try to talk to the cop". Dont put your hands in your pocket. I am white as white gets and I do everything possible in a traffic stop to make sure theres no misunderstandings. All people need to understand that if a cop cant see your hands you are raising your chances of getting shot.


I think there has actually been a lot of progress in preventing unnecessary shooting of black people in very recent times. It still happens as it does to every race but with a lot of recent events cops dont want to be that cop on trial for murdering a black person. Police departments are actually weary about causing the next mass protest. I guarantee you its in cops and police departments minds these days.
