The ump gave him the opportunity to say his peace, and then warned him twice to go back to the dugout. When Votto wouldn't shut up, he was deservedly tossed. Dumb by Votto, he gave the ump no choice.

We do weird things with Camargo and culberson. When Swanson is off, we play the better SS at 3b and the better 3b at SS. Now albies is off and we play the better 2b at 3b and the better 3b at 2b
