Cubs gave up this series. 2 runs in the last 3 games. This teams should lose 110 games next season.

We put Walden in a tight game yesterday but not in a blowout today?

No more chance to reach 100 Ks this season!
I wish Ruiz was playing... so Kimbrel could hit him.

Does anyone know what time the game starts on Thursday?
Fredi about to cry again.

Bring on the Dodgers.
Ugh... Now comes the hardest part. Tomorrow I'm going to have Chip Caray withdrawals.

Nice way to end a great regular season and a ****ty September. Looking forward to the playoffs.
Game 1 lineup kind of obvious:
1. Heyward
2. J Upton
3. Freeman
4. Gattis
5. McCann
6. C Johnson
7. Simmons
8. E Johnson
9. Medlen
We'll take it from there.
Honestly, not a bad weekend. Last night hurt but overall you win 3 out of 4 against a team you're normally going to feel pretty good. Friday was our lowest hit total of the weekend and we still managed to get a win. 17 hits today, 12 Saturday, 3 Friday, and 12 Thursday.
If you want to look at the negatives, this was a bad month, we finished 13-14 on the month, struggled offensively for most of the month, lost home field advantage, McCann struggled and the bullpen had some hiccups. Positives, we started to swing the bats this weekend, Medlen looks like the ace of the staff, Freeman was great, and frankly the playoffs are a whole new ballgame.

My guess is the Dodgers lineup will be
1. Crawford
2. Puig
3. Ramirez
4. Gonzalez
5. Kemp
6. Uribe
7. M Ellis
8. AJ Ellis
9. Kershaw
Ethier has played some rehab games and will probably be on the roster, but I don't think he starts. Kemp has been rested lately due to a sore ankle, but I think he'll be in there.
