I thought it was a common saying since Eastwood made that nice movie with terrible Asian actors.

I don't drink nor party either. I am there for the event not to socialize.

False. I've complained about them plenty in winning seasons, as well.

But you can (or should) respect that you're in the minority there. For many, a beer, a hot dog, and some snappy organ music are as much a part of attending a baseball game as the game itself.

And what you should do is not worry about anybody's opinion but your own. Joe has a right to express himself and did so. Honestly it is a silly topic for a three page thread. Especially since the team is playing well right now.

People also have a right to voice dislike of complaining about game atmosphere from announcers.

I'm fine with you holding that opinion and expressing it, but I think it's a little silly for Joe to nitpick everything.

He's literally paid to put opinions out for our consumption. It's a bad opinion, and I'll call a spade a spade. But if you truly think one shouldn't "worry about anybody's opinion but your own", then maybe stop worrying about this opinion thread?

God I miss Skip, his call when Sid slid and was safe still gives me chills
