It appears this error is from the "hand count" or manual recount that just took place. It doesn't say anything about the accuracy of the initial machine count. But it makes for a good tweet.

Sounds like an attempt to make hay out of perhaps somebody's bad handwriting! Because what I posted yesterday still stands even as others want to rile up the uncertainty, because DeKalb County is pretty heavily blue. The margins there were likely correct from the start, based off what happened in 2018!
