See how fast MLB rapid response handles this.

This has to end in suspension for full year at least right?

Oh my goodness. Please don’t tell me you guys want to see the biggest draw in sports to get suspended for what was probably betting on horses or football or something dumb like that. Dude has been the best player. He clearly isn’t throwing games to win a bet. Who freaking cares.

Won't the interrupter be charged with a crime? I can't see the guy going to prison to ohtani. If it were ohtani, I'm sure it will come out
I just want MLB to apply the rules evenly. Ask yourself this, if Acuna was caught doing this, does MLB hesitate to suspend him? I don't think they would. I think they'd make an example out of him.
I don't want MLB to let Ohtani's marketability or the fact that he plays for one of their sacred cows prevent them from applying the rules to him the same as they would someone else.
But MLB will do whatever they can to protect Ohtani and the Dodgers.

There's so much about Ohtani's story that just doesn't make sense.
-How does over $4 million go missing without someone noticing? Ohtani has to have money managers.
-Why was the "theft" only discovered once the bookie was investigated by the feds and Ohtani's name uncovered?
-How would an interpreter get enough access to Ohtani's accounts to wire over $4 million without anyone noticing?
-Why was there a fundamental change in the story after Ohtani's spokesman had come out with an explanation?
-What bookie gives over $4 million in credit to a guy like the interpreter?
Yamamoto got shelled and only pitched one inning this morning…. He’s a bust and Ohtani gets banned. Dodgers out a billion.
Sounds good to me.
