Both of you blamed it on Newk, even still, it's 10-3 after 6 innings.

Even if you have to bring in Minter, you secure a win, never know what the next day brings.

I went to take a shower and came back and heard the hit making it 10-10, this is the most embarrassing loss maybe in Braves history.

Like I said, Jose Ramirez is a part of the BAD part of the pen now, not good.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.

You have to cut luke and Ramirez. Blame them and move on

Nah a much better team blew a 10-0 or 11-0 lead against Piazza and the Mets one night.

Terrible loss, but it was just a freak game in freak conditions. No need to read to much into it. We always knew our mop up relief was suspect.

When they get it a comeback like that you know your manager sucks.

I've never been too high on Ramirez, but he's earned a few mulligans. Jackson was always just a mop-up / garbage-time option. Would have no problem DFA'ing him tomorrow even it he pitched okay today.

He was left in one batter too long, even then it's 10-3 after 6 innings. Nope.

Hmm... this is posted during the 8th inning.

Let's see how my reading comprehension is:

"If you pull Newcomb" - I comprehend that as someone saying if we had pulled Newcomb after the 5th...

"this isn't an issue" - I comprehend that as the 8th inning going much more smoothly for us

So where did I mess up the comprehension?

Surely you know, because you agree with her

Yeah, blaming Newcomb for this loss should be a bannable offense. So ridiculous it's stupid

Newk staying in isn't the issue. The ****ty pitching in the 8th is. Not that hard to understand.
