Bourjos/Culberson/Perez out. Not even sure of the debate honestly.

The interesting thing is what happens when Sanchez and gohara are ready. Obviously wisler goes down but what else?

If he has another successful start, there's no way in hell that 25-year-old Matt Wisler needs to be sent down for 34-year-old Anibal Sanchez.

Thats why I say Socolovich is out, Sanchez to the pen for long relief/6th inning.....Wisler remains in the rotation....then when Gohara is ready, you decide between Newk and Wisler which one goes out. It's a good problem to have.

Newk is not a factor in this discussion. He will not be optioned.

In that case, you trade Teheran to the Angels for their top ten prospects (leaving out Fatty Maitan).

If Suckolovich is not sent down today, I will lose my mind.

Also Chuckie Hernandez should be receiving his pink slip anytime soon.

We can't win with the walk happy pitching we have. Leo Mazzone would have Folty, Newcomb,Iran's capital city and all the relief pitchers in a fetal position by now crying for their love of walking batters, prolonging the inning and at times, most often, cost us the game or for the starters more stress on the bullpen.

We need to stop the hemorrhaging now.

Better yet, promote Anabel as our pitching coach. He has the slowest fastball of the bunch but can still punch out more batters than innings pitch because he knows how to pitch and NOT WALK batters.

Thats not how you efficiently use a roster. Wisler can go back down to AAA. If Sanchez has another good start or two maybe you can get a fungible bullpen arm asset.

If Wisler is for real he can repeat it the next time he’s up.
