Didn't think Brothers had an option left - forgot he signed a split contract.
Given the fact that Carle had to hit for himself last night and that they don't need to add a SP for another 10 days, going with a 9 man pen and 4 man bench seems beyond stupid.

Liked what I saw from Morris last year. This FO seems not to have at all. Seems undervalued

Not sure how he can be "undervalued" much - Brothers, Ravin, Carle, and Socolovich were all ahead of him when camp broke. You then have Sanchez to do something with after a couple of starts when Gohara gets back. Then you've got Pfeifer, Graham, Burrows, Clouse, and Watts who are better Pitchers, plus Fried, Newcomb, Touki, or any other starters who might be transitioned to the pen in the near future. I like him too, but he's pretty much become organizational-filler at this point.

Left handed version of Chris Resop, throw hard as anyone, but either straight or Nick Laloosh in where it goes.
He is - unfortunately he's not left-handed. The Braves have tons of options who are better than Morris from the right side.
