Braves dismiss Roy Clark and Brian Bridges

The #Braves have dismissed amateur scouting director Brian Bridges and senior advisor to amateur scouting Roy Clark, sources tell The Athletic.

    Per Rosenthal.

    Umm why?

Well, if the Braves screwed up getting draft compensation for failing to sign Stewart, probably someone needs to be fired.

And well there was the Coppy hi-jinks in the draft that makes you a little scared.

But wouldn't be the first time Braves way executives clashed with outside hire.

Does this mean we are about to see the return of the Silver Wren?

Surely this is the Braves chance to finally hire Enscheff to bring us back to the promised land.

This is a terrible decision. Why would we fire two people that have had such great track records. AA going to make the same mistake as Wren and destroy the farm system?

Would love to know the reason behind this. I’m thinking it may have to do with the Stewart business.

This doesn’t make me get a good feeling about the pick. It has to be something decently big. They have done an excellent job. Man....talk about a kick in the balls if we loose the #9 pick on top of the International stuff.

I am about 90% sure we will lose that pick. Apparently the rules don’t mean **** to this org and we keep embarrassing ourselves.
