Considering he is going to “emerge as a TOR candidate” this year, he should be a lock for the rotation.
Wisler just hasn’t put it together to be a starter.

Barring injury, it’s pretty clear the rotation is going to be Teheran, McMarthy, Folty, Newk and Kazmir. Either Newk or Kazmir will be the long man in the BP until April 10. They could also select a different long man and stash Newk in AAA for 1-2 starts.

Albies strikes out swinging on several fastballs up in the zone. I know several around here think he’s going to add Altuve level power, but I’d like to see him lay off that pitch.

I'd honestly like to see one or both of them dropped from the 40 man.
Albies already has more power than what was originally thought, but he needs to figure out a balance between going all out with his swing and his old swing for contact style.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.
