Curious how he attacks these guys the second time around. I hope he shows more variety.

Ump won't call a strike at the knees.

So far he has below average command, but the ease and balance of his delivery makes me think control won't be a problem for him long term.

He seems pretty nimble on his feet. Fielded the bunt well and has shown a good pickoff move.

Andrus hits a 3-2 fastball up the middle. Gohara isn't going to be able to keep RHers off the fastball without a change up.

Really got squeezed against the pitcher there, that run should have never happened and should have been out of that inning a lot earlier

imagine how good or better some of our pitchers could be with a real pitching coach. someone who could teach sequencing, efficiency, and help develop a 3rd pitch for these guys.

Albies is going to hit a lot of triples with that warning track power he's shown since he's been up.

I'd be willing to bet any amount of money he doesn't have reverse platoon splits at the MLB level.

A coach that could reliably teach these guys how to throw a change would be the most valuable member of the organization.

If the Rangers pitcher locates that 87 slider thing to Swanson like he just did to Kemp...it will be instructive.
