I might have to summon episode deux of Chop Country Radio to keep my own interest in this season going...

Chacin pitched better in that first than his line, Freeman error led to second run and first hit came on a good pitch. He really has a good mix of pitches, velo on his 4-seam has topped out at 91 mph, but his 88-90 sinker, slider, change, curve and has a cutter now that has helped him since losing velocity due to his shoulder issue. It seems along with getting healthy adding a good cutter has been key in his getting back to where he is now.

Garcia good AB again too last inning. Stubbs has some pitches to hit but took them, bad AB.

Dunno which is worse for us (at the moment, obviously he has pleeeeenty of time to improve), his wrist or his contract.

Matz is wearing out the inside corner to righties...and Markakis takes one off the hand that looks VERY painful. Welcome to 2016, Braves fans.

Small ball is a lost concept with the Braves for years. He hit that well, but just elevate it a little dude.

I am still wondering why Castro didn't score on Freeman's double, I know he was on first but it took a while to get to that ball. They sent slow Markakis last night when they shouldn't but I thought Castro could score tonight and he's held.

I have reason to believe Bowman is on to something. Did a quick search myself, and it looks like a couple of Blair's peeps have spilled the beans on Twitter about traveling to Atlanta tomorrow for his debut.

I think it's only the big Folty fans still holding out that it might be Folty the last few days.

Walks kill us every game. And why couldn't Castro score from 1st on Freddie's double?

Because our third base coach is brain dead. Next question?

It seemed we were playing it safe with Garcia due up and maybe Porter overthinking it after Markakis was thrown out at the plate yesterday.

Yes. They quickly panned the camera to Castro's face at third, and I could tell by his expression that he thought Bo Porter was nuts.

I'm loving the extra offense at short now that Simmons is gone. Haha.
