I've said it before, but we need a legit change.

I'm not gonna blame Nick there. Strike two was a foot off the plate. Put Nick in a hole. No idea how that ump called that a strike. It wasn't close and the catcher had to turn his glove over to catch it.

At least that means he understands how to use defensive replacements. On the other hand, it's troubling he doesn't realize he needs to use them for Kemp.

How much of Markakis' 11 million salary do you eat next year just to rid yourself of some of the last year of his contract......or do you just play it out?

Of course, I'd rather see if anyone will take Kemp and just play out Markakis' contract, but Coppy would be GM of the year if he could rid himself of both over the offseason.

    I'd keep neck

We will have a vet of on the team. I think he'd be a good teacher and ph

    His money isn't so bad

Kemp is awful. The only thing I can think of is send him to tigers as the money to eat in a deal vs sending actual money. But all of the tigers have no trades and I doubt they are excited to come here. Otherwise maybe someone in the winter will want a rh at 5 million a year. Then we eat 26 million but get the roster spot
