With likely hood of Swanson missing PS, I hate the thought that puts Flaherty on the PS roster.

if i had a vote, deGrom would be my cy young winner this year as he is the best there is imo. He is having a year like Maddux did one year where he got almost no run support but had an ERA under 2.

It wouldn't for me since both Culberson and Camargo can play short, shoot even Albies could in worse case situation. Maybe get Duvall some games at third though just in case. He has played third in the past so he could back-up Camargo in that case.

Yeah I don't like the notion of trading Newcomb. He has had a really poor couple of months and has looked fatigued, but that isn't out of the ordinary for a young guy. He'll be fine

Joe Simpson is so close to unlocking the next level of logic in regards to wins. But every time he gets close his brain just won't let him make the leap.

Maybe that's why Snitckers is using Ruiz as PH. He could play 3rd, freeing Camargo to play either SS or 2nd, leaving Flaherty off PS roster.

maybe it was 93 when over 2, but I was thinking it was his 16 win year with an ERA around 1.50 or so. I know it was one of those years in the 90's as me and a friend use to complain about his lack of run support. I am not saying it was as bad as deGrom this year though. Hard to beat that.
