    Anyway you slice it;

    From 2011 to 2013, his numbers were .288/.329/.433
    From 2012 to 2014, his numbers are .295/.331/.435

    I'm thinking in this direction as well. Gosselin's 10 days will be up soon (tomorrow?)and he should be called up. He should play somewhere to see if his AAA production can carry over in the bigs. We've all seen how adding an OBP guy (laStella) can help our offense, why not one more?
    Not sure where to play him, how about just plugging him in at leadoff instead of BJ?

    Or move Heywad to CF and Justin to RF; that's what we did last year.

    A month on the pine might get BJ out of the league lead in strikeouts.

    And to the guys who say we'll never bench BJ because of his salary, we benched Uggla. And we benched BJ last year. We can't get our money back but Mgt has to understand that his salary is a sunk cost and missing the playoffs is not.

    So not as good offensively as Chris Johnson?
