Nats guys keep coming through. Too bad FF, Donaldson, markakis, and McCann were complete garbage

You know what’s going to happen? Nats will sweep these turds, Yanks/Houston series will go long and when the Nats come in to play the World Series they’ll have cooled off. The Nats better hope someone wins the ALCS in 5 if they want a chance.

They used up all their voodoo on us. Check out these numbers for this series.

    Goldy 1-12
    Ozuna 2-12

Lol someone on Twitter posted this. I’m so glad they respect the game enough to speak to reporters and let them do their job. What a clown organization the Cards are. And to think they were the ones who pushed the snowball down the hill of us losing the Chop. I hope they never see a playoff win again.

Marcell Ozuna refused to be interviewed in the Cardinals clubhouse. I asked him twice for an interview and he walked right past me - he didn’t even acknowledge me.

Baseball is streaky, but the Nats, at the moment, have the make up of the World champions. On the other side, I would say the Yankees, Houston is lucky to be 1-1 so far.

So maybe it is bad luck for a teams manager to say the word f*ck on social media before a playoff series.

What an embarrassment to lose to this no talent team.

Did we watch the same series? Braves get enough breaks to win this series comfortably: Some very generous strike calls througout, highlighted by Melancon in the 9th inning of game 3 (crucial punchout of Ozuna was clearly inside); A gift leadoff triple late in game 4 AND a leadoff double in the 9th that also would have been caught by a competent outfielder; passed ball by Molina to move a runner to 3B; etc.

At some point, you just gotta take advantage of the breaks you're presented...

The Nationals' rotation is just money in a short series. They're healthy and everyone is on-point. They're kicking ass.

It really sucks though, because a Nats-Braves series would have been so much fun.

Yup. The veterans hurt us, most notable Freddie. It sucks, but it's the truth.

We've handled their starters pretty decently most of the year, but we've absolutely feasted off their BP. Definitely were set up for a better showing against them the ****ty ass Cards. Freddie and company really screwed the pooch for us.

We've hit their pen, yes, but the Nats have pretty much only been using Doo, Hudson, and Corbin out of the pen.

Not sure we'd hit their SP the way they're throwing right now, wish we could have found out.

If NY/Hou goes 6-7, Nats would be favored in the WS imo. Game 1 of the WS is on the 22nd, Game 6 and 7 is on the 19th and 20th, Verlander and Cole wouldnt be able to pitch until Games 3-4.

But it's looking like Game 4 is gonna be postponed at NY, with bad weather, so that would help some. If Nats close it out tonight, they'll be able to set up their rotation, how they like for the WS.

Have said all year, that Nats rotation in a playoff series would not be fun to face.

I agree the Braves choked lol, but the Cards got a ton of breaks. But yes, the Braves should have closed it out in Game 4. Bases loaded twice, nothing, leadoff double nothing, leadoff triple, nothing. No one to blame but themselves. Not sure we'd beat Was the way they're pitching/playing but it would still be an easier matchup than LA would have been.

The braves lost to this team. What a disgrace the braves were in the postseason. FF, Donaldson, markakis, and Mac, I hope you're watching and are as embarrassed as much as you should be

5-0 Nats in the 1st inning. Lmfao.

But I thought their d-bag manager said they’d kick anyone’s ass?

    Such frauds.
