Stadium plays pretty meh on tv. It does look like it's really nice in person. Doesn't really feel like a Braves stadium though.

Real intimate feel to it. They have also done a terrific job around the park with recognizing the franchise's history. Parking system was run pretty well. Easy getting out though the park was only 60 percent full. One thing they are going to have to get ironed out is the concessions. I stood in line for 2.5 innings. Unacceptable in the future. Overall a pleasant experience.
For whatever reason, I haven't followed the team as closely this spring, but tonight was the first night I felt a buzz of excitement for the upcoming year. STP is going to be a great home for the team
Who here is going to opening day?

Isn't the backstop closer to homeplate than the Ted? Looks farther away on TV.

I hope it's legit amazing because this squad is not.

I agree that from a TV standpoint, the backstop didnt feel like "Braves". I know that sounds stupid at first glance, but as fans watching on a nightly basis this is what we see most and it seemed to have no personality.

I wish. I'm going to Citi Field on Monday though. GO BRAVES!

I personally thought th stadium looked great on TV
What's up with all the green?
I like the lighting in the field. It seems like it's going to be a hitters park. Short wall in left and a short porch in right.
I hope they carried over the museum. When I was at the Ted my one and only time, that was the best part of the stadium, and a surprise cuz I never heard anyone say anything about it in all the years before.
