Just basing it off of the BoSox scandal and MLB wanting to crack down and what we know so far.
This is bad.
I doubt it's anything close to that if the rumors are true that the job is highly coveted. Nobody is going to want to go into something like that.

I feel like Jennings is hard to evaluate from his time with the Marlins since Loria swooped in a various times to call the shots and under-cut the budget that Jennings thought he had to work with.
