I didn't say that was career numbers, those are his numbers this year to go along with 14 homers. He is a much better hitter than their other catchers and can be a difference maker for them as he was tonight. But hopefully we still beat them regardless. Time will tell.

He has had a great year when healthy and adding him with Cabrera and Bour should help the offense, but their defense is still bad and that could be a factor too. Their pitching has overcome some pretty bad defense at times this year.

I don't think they got Bour to replace Santana. I think they got him thinking about using him off the bench and occasionally vs righties and of course to go against our pitchers that he has hit well. But I could see Bour traded or even nontendered this off season (a la Adams with us after last year).

Watching the replay, and I watched Relamuto behind the plate. Right after Acuna was hit, he looked at Urena as if to say “What are you doing????”

snit responded well here but so would Fredi and most all managers. This was bad and begged for such a response. I think some players were just slow to react as it caught them off guard, it wasn't anything any of us expected. Inciarte sure was out fast ready to go though, kinda funny as he's not our biggest man.

That said, I did get a laugh out of those using Snit's response to this as proof he is a "good manager" and acting like this team wouldn't be where they are now without him.

He did get Urena thrown out of the game. There weren't prepared to toss him at all until Snitker went ape ****. It also sends a message to your players that you've got their back, something your boy Fredi knew nothing about.
