This team sucks. I can't believe any of us ever thought we were good. We'll be lucky to finish ahead of the Fish. We should cut everyone and start over. Let's just demolish Sun Trust Park and play at the field behind the Y where this team belongs. We should change the team name from Braves to Coward. Everyone should be ashamed of this team.

    Did I miss anything?

I guess we were eventually going to have a stinker and DeGrome is tough. Let’s hope Fried can come out strong and keep momentum going tomorrow.

Was a clear pitching mismatch. I'm confident we roll tomorrow. Josh continues to roll with another 2 hit game including a homer. And I hope Freeman can stay healthy. He's having the best year of his career so far.

Silver lining is JD appears to be back in beast mode for real.

Him taking off right when Riley came back to earth should allow the offense to continue chugging merrily along.

It might be Fried's turn to take 10 days off when Gausman is ready. It would be a good break for him considering he's never really thrown much more than 100 IP in a single season and is already at 76 this year.

    You’re right. This a true-talent .000 win team.

You know the team has been playing well when you can shrug off an ass beating like last night. Major props to no over reactions in the GDT.

With the rain outs in Washington this week, looks like they're going Corbin and Scherzer today, then Strasburg tomorrow. So we should actually miss all three this weekend. That's pretty tough to manage.

Yeah. I did not detect a major mood shift.

Scherzer is starting tonight after all, Strasburg starts for them vs. the Phillies tomorrow night. We likely get Sanchez, Fedde and I don’t know unless one of their starters comes back on short rest Sunday.

i saw they changed Strasburg back to tomorrow on mlb.com but they still had him listed as starting vs us friday too, lol. Do they go with Fedde tomorrow and Strasburg Friday if they sweep today's DH? I haven't seen anything confirmed but I rather face Fedde than Strasburg, obviously. I have heard they will call up someone to start one game, possibly Ross. That might be against Soroka on Sunday.
