Braves just tweeted out that Acuna's scans were normal and he is day to day. Good, couple days off and hopefully he can get back in there.

Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.
Weathermen and weatherwomen, what you think about Saturday? Surely even if there is rain, mlb will make every effort to play the game with the Rockies in town and no return trip, right? I bought tix without even looking at weather
Just looked at the latest models and the pattern... there will certainly be some widespread showers and thunderstorms over north GA developing early afternoon and lasting at least towards sunset. The loss of daytime heating should lead to diminishing coverage but sometimes these late August storms in the southeast can stay booming a bit later than they are supposed to. Will any of these affect the game? Impossible to say and will be until storms develop that afternoon. But I'd say there's a decent chance of at least a delay right now. We are still kinda far out and things can certainly change.

The Acuna being hit made national news today on Fox and Friends. I didn't see it but other half did, Waiting to see if Hemmer brings it up like he did yesterday about the Puig/Hundley spat.
Oh no, there was no intent:
