here is the constitutional crisis I brought up last year that was pooh poohed by our board's right wing seers
Trump will defy (as did Nixon) and Mueller will go to the SCOTUS.
oh yeah, remember the tax returns our Trump apologists said were inconsequential ---
had they stood up and demanded them (oh that accountability ) we could have avoided all of this.
Trump into the Russian mob up to his lying neck

My last piece of curiosity is , what do they have on Paul Ryan ?

.@realDonaldTrump-Robert Mueller subpoenaed your company for all documents
related to Russia. He didn't ask you in private. Or let you use your stall tactics.
He straight up subpoenaed your business.
Funny thing is, he probably already has what he's asking for. #TrumpColluded

I don't think Mueller issues subpoenas for ****s and giggles.

Guys, keep it in your pants for christ's sake.
First sentence of that NYT report: The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, has subpoenaed the Trump Organization to turn over documents, including some related to Russia [...]

The supoena was served a couple weeks ago.
Hmmh
Completely explains the Skripal poisoning.
There are various media reports to the effect that Trump is upset by these latest developments. A few thoughts enter my mind:
1) Are these reports of Trump being upset correct?
2) I ask because I would have thought his own lawyers would have informed him of the subpoena weeks ago when it was received. Are his attorneys misleading him or withholding important information from him?
3) What is the scoop here? I think anyone following this matter would have assumed that at some point Mueller would ask for this information. I guess the scoop is that it happened a few weeks ago.
4) Last observation. It is interesting that Mueller waited so long to request this information. I would speculate that the delay was tactical.

This Nader guy sounds like a good trustworthy person.
This was my first thought. I'm shocked these records weren't sought earlier. Either this speaks to the glacial pace of the investigation or possibly to its scope (which would contrast mightily with what has been reported [via channels lacking in true authoritative knowledge of the case]).
It could be a tactical move, or it could be a due diligence response to Trump's (reported) negotiations with respect to testifying.
