He doesn't hand out FV 50 grades to 60 guys in a single draft. He understands the difference between bat speed and swing length. He is accessible every single week via free chat. He sees more prospects live in a single day than the other clowns see in a month. He was in on Acuna early. He was the first on Pache. He was the one guy who didn't lower his outlook on Albies when he "struggled" in AAA. He has Wright as the #1 player in the last draft.
You know who Matthew and mark and Luke and John are... stop trying to hide you’re Bible Belt born and raised.

I don’t doubt EL is outstanding. I don’t keep up with prospect scouts, so I’d be fool to argue with you over it. With that said, even the best scouts are wrong... a good bit, I’d think.

People who don't put any stock in fairy tales don't know all the books in the Holy Collection of Fairy Tales.

I tend to enjoy reading the posts that you bring to this forum with your stat based insight but is it possible to scale back the obnoxiousness a little? You don't have to keep insulting people's intelligence, where they are born or their faith. Come on, bro. You make good posts but you derail your good points by being a prick when you don't need to be.

I'm sorry for calling your religion of choice a fairy tale. Of the hundreds of religions in the history of mankind, I'm sure yours is the sole correct one.

Apollo carrying the Sun across the sky in a chariot is nonsense, but a guy being resurrected and becoming a deity is perfectly logical.

this should put the matter to rest
    "I am a victim, I will tell you. I am a victim."

    "I am your retribution."

So no. Your answer is no. Would of been easier to to just say no.

Is your son an edge-lord too who pretends to be a big deal over the internet but has no real friends?

    "Would've" means "would have".

Spend more time with your nose in a grammar book rather than reading fairy tales.

You southerners breed people capable of thinking for themselves?

Maybe there's hope yet for the South to emerge from the dark ages! Some day!

Stick with giving us baseball stats, quant. You don't have the critical thinking skills for much else.

Correcting someone's grammar. I believe I read about that in "How to Win Friends and Influence People."

Haha and my favorite stalker makes an appearance.

Stick to posting about me. You don't have the ...any....skills to contribute much else. Must be why you can't post anything unless it's a comment about me. Pathetic.

12:37 More a chance to be average. Jake Lamb is an above avg regular. Has many of the same issues Riley does, but more raw power, better handedness and he's a 55.

What exactly is Jake Lamb with less power? Jake Lamb is an .800-.850 OPS guy with below average defense at 3B who produces about 2.5 wins. Lamb also walked more in the minors than Riley does.

How excited are we for a .750-.800 OPS guy with below average 3B defense that produces 1-2 wins? Still think the Braves should be making 3B plans around him?

I don't agree with the notion that he has less power than Lamb. Riley has already showed better power numbers in the minors than Lamb ever did and he's doing it at a younger age.

I do enjoy criticizing someone who is an obvious moron. Like I said, more stats and less thinking on your part and this is a much happier site.

And that leads to you remaining in the weeds contributing nothing as usual? You won't be adding in bits of your sharp intellect?

    Sounds like a win-win!

12:32 I guess Eloy. Acuna is still so young that he gets his lunch money taken by guys who can sequence well (go watch what Stinnett did to him in the Fall Stars game) where as Eloy's approach is more MLB-ready.

These are the ABs I was talking about here:

    and here:
I understand what he's saying. But the fact that Acuna is over a full year younger, and already has had success at higher levels, doesn't count for anything? Honestly, it's pretty hard to choose between these two either way.
