So one of six batters faced by Braves relievers gets a walk. Honestly, it seems even higher than that.

Great win!
I hadn’t even looked around the MLB to see how we fair record-wise with other teams, and we’re sitting pretty.
This team is sooooooooooooooooo close

Regarding our walks problem, keep in mind that most of it has been from a few pitchers and one of them in Minter has yet to be hurt by the walks (tonight almost did but Winkler saved his bacon). Freeman has 10 walks along with Minter, tied for worst on the team. Both are good pitchers, one has been overused explaining the crazy high walks and the other in Minter has legit issues with control occasionally but is so dominate that usually he can walk a batter and still no damage. Ramirez also walked 8 batters before hitting the DL and it turned out he had been dealing with a shoulder issue going back to ST (so he said anway). Viz is another walking too many, 9 after tonight, but outside of one game in Colorado has been good and not hurt by that. Moylan has been bad giving up too many hits combined with walks but Snit has misused him a lot too.
