A 9-inning complete game is about a rare as a no-hitter these days. Kingham needed only 85 pitches to win 2-0 tonight.

I hope weigel can work his way back to AAA soon. He could be a good guy in the pen after the break.

Riley is killin the ball. If Donaldson is needing a few weeks off to rest then I bring up Riley and let him get his feet wet.

Riley has a 132 wRC+ with a 8% walk rate and 21% strikeout rate as a 22 year old in AAA.

The dude is screaming a potential all star type player right now.

Still with a absurdly high BABIP Pache is now at a 6.3% walk rate and 27.1% strikeout rate.

The power increase is real considering that isoSLG of .240.

We should all root for Ender to have his typical strong second half not only for wins for the Braves but so that we can get a good arm or two in the offseason. Pache could be the next star for the system. Will be 20 all year!!

One more note about Kingham's CG: the team played nine innings in 1:36! It has been decades since a MLB game was played that briskly.

    He's old for that level.

    LOL
Has there EVER been a statement and question a certain someone should absolutely never have made and asked publicly more than...

Kinda pathetic to see yourself as a message board knight in shining armor. How impotent does someone have to be in real life to resort to playing hero on a message board?

I'm sure it was a Maddux start with anything resembling that short of a game time.
