Great series. If this team could play with the same focus against other teams like the Mets, they might actually be worth something.

Last year it was early June or whatever and I got into it with Matt Chernoff and some other clown because I was calling the division race over and they kept saying that the Nats weren't done yet. Well I'm calling the division race over right now! Braves already got this thing won.

I bought Extra Innings when the season started, but I've had to spend the weekend mainlining Mad Men DVDs in a desperate effort to catch up in time for the season premiere tonight. Figures I managed to choose a sweep of Washington as the first series to essentially skip.

Ray Knight now saying the Nats are clearly better than the Braves minus Washington's injuries.

He ought to be on Comedy Central.

In their 6 games against the Braves the Nationals have scored 16 runs, in their 6 games vs the Mets and Marlins they scored 44.

Yeah, because we're so healthy. I'm glad they got to face Minor, Beachy, and Medlen.

It's funny how they bring up their injuries, fair point they are pretty hurt, but.

Atl is missing Beachy/Medlen for the year, Venters out awhile, Minor out another 1-2 weeks.

    Yet thats no big deal.

They already did; I kinda felt this was the answer to Freeman getting hit.
