Good to see Garcia stepping up. I'll admit I didn't like the trade that much and his early struggles made me think he'd be Colon Part Deux, but he's looking good the last few times out so maybe he's flippable.

Nice to see the 7-8-9 bullpen recover from the problems with the Pirates.

Yeah I'd say Garcia and Folty are the two best starters right now. Still think Julio rights the ship at home... he will make adjustments.

Has the Braves' spread gotten that bad? Or has Colon just left nothing besides doormats?

Dickey is fine as a 4th or 5th but we just need to swallow pride and get rid of Colon.

I think HO was the key to getting Kemp.

Was wondering if I was getting too subtle there. The board denizens are getting slow. I had to yell late bloomer from the rooftop before anyone picked up on it.

I think he has requested tripe as part of the buffet for bobblehead night. He is entitled to a last meal.

Menudo is meant to be a good hangover cure, but I didn't know you could get drunk on doormats.

That's true. Maybe this team isn't as bad as I thought they would be, but they are a long ways off. Good to see them at least mirroring a major league team.

Folty looks like he's a little better and it could be a trend in the right direction. Need to see more on a consistent basis, but he might be heading into a turn..could actually make it around the corner.

I think it's more likely to give Colon a slider.

    I wonder...

Do Dodgers fans look at Coppy the same way we look at Dave Stewart?

To be fair...JC did extract Zachary Bird and Paco Rodriguez from them in that trade.

Well speaking that the dodgers wanted him out of the pen to start the year. I would always his performance is just as much of a surprise to them as it is for us.

Braves have had one of the easiest schedules in baseball so far. Seems we are doing ok in that department.
