Really nice to see a pitcher throw consistent strikes....

Why does it take Archer 10 seconds to get the sign from Cervelli? He's only got two pitches. And it can't be about location, he has no idea where the hell its going.

Well, they did win his start. Isn't that the definition of success?

I was looking at that 9.00 ERA in his start. Differing definitions, I guess.

Allard wasn’t bad....of course it helped a TON that it was against the Marlins lol.

Hopefully we don’t see Allard again this year. They need to protect his value.

It's impossible to tell if Ozzie's mechanics are a mess because he swings at so many crap pitches. Is he that really stubborn? Pitchers have just stopped giving him any fastballs near his hot zone. Off speed early that he can reach and he gets himself out. He needs Chipper in his ear about having a dam plan when he gets to plate. Gives so many at bats away. Mental approach......

He got a hit in his first Major League at bat so he's got that on the plus side of his ledger.

I'm glad Wilson isn't being rated on his foot speed. In all fairness, that was a pretty easy play for the right fielder.

Albies seriously needs to pull what Camargo did in May and start leaving the bat on his shoulder outside of 2 strike counts entirely.
Aggression with prospects is fine, but being stupid is not. There should be a way to find a happy medium between a Pirates like idea of being overly cautious with prospects and going stupidly fast with prospects.

Don't judge him vs this offense at the moment. This offense made a bunch of bad Rockies' pitchers make look this weekend

He’s a good pitcher. I don’t feel he is worth what the Pirates gave for him, but he’s good fo sho.

I was behind home plate in Seattle earlier in the season and he did it a lot. So much, in fact, that I thought maybe something was wrong with him.

Jon Gray, Kyle Freeland, and German Marquez are bad pitchers?

Gray has a weird wOBA-xwOBA thing going on, Freeland has been excellent and has rolled lately, and Marquez is great away from Coors Field.

    Autocorrect turned "cocaine" into "vacation?"
