I dont know how anyone can argue something like this when the attorney general of this country is named after Jefferson Davis the confederate President. Not only was he named after Jefferson Davis but both his Daddy and his Graddaddy were named after Jefferson Davis. Beyond that Sessions middle name is specifically named after a confederate general. If the white hood fits.....

Just to be clear, a BIG part of the rankings in the Cato's research has to do with civil liberties and the freedom for individuals to do free exchange. Policy and the like aren't a big factor in the calculus
