I'd give all position players prospects who are highly rated 8 year deals off the bat. Hard for them to pass up the security.

All we need now is for the FO to avoid jumping the gun and doing something stupid in a silly attempt to compete right now.

This team can win 80-85 next year if they improve 3b, can win 85-90 in 2019, and can be a playoff contender for 5-10 more years if they stay the course and allow the rebuild to happen naturally.

I assume if u are predicting 80 plus wins that albies and acuna are playing next year. Because I don't see how we get a 3b that good.
