Agreed. I wish Elliot would conveniently fall down the dugout stairs or something.

Fredi needs to DL someone and get Uggla in there.

We could put Gattis there and tell him to eat the runners taking second base. This should make the Dodgers run out of players in no time with Garcia pitching.

Walden needs the work. Avian is always refreshing on a hot day.

Fredi said he was looking at the positives from last night. Saying we didn't give up. What a freaking awful manager. It's ok to say we stunk it up and need to do better. Nothing from that game was positive. It is not June Fredi, it is the playoffs. You can't build on a blowout loss in the playoffs. You can put it behind you and win tonight but I would be willing to bet that will not happen with your idiotic managing style.

You know, I was thinking that too. McCann should have recognized Julio's difficulty with that breaking ball and stopped calling for it. Stick with the 2 seamer, 4 seamer, slowwww curve, and change.

We scored 6 runs yesterday, that should be enough to win with our pitching. Julio let us down big time. I'm shocked I didn't see him as the type to get rattled but he sure seemed to be yesterday. One of the reasons I would have started Medlen game 3, think he's the better road pressure guy. Likely wouldn't have mattered though but so far all the things I've wanted that Fredi didn't do seem to have hurt us.

Hopefully Freddie is smart and has Medlen ready tonight. He cannot be thinking about game 5, except that we have to get there at all costs. If it's close after 4 yank Garcia and put Medlen in there, game 4 is a must win and Minor can pitch well enough to battle with Kershaw. If we're blowing out the Dodgers then we can reserve Medlen for game 5.

Julio was missing with pretty much every pitch. He may have had more effective pitches than whatever pitch was hanging, but he was missing his spots and leaving pitches up in the zone. He was in for a rough night. Julio's wild pitch was the first thing that scared me. What really did me in though was when we took the lead and Julio gave it right back. Medlen would have loved having a lead. If we scored 2 to start the game against Kershaw I think we win game one because Medlen isn't up there thinking he has to make the perfect pitch and he's more calm and relaxed and not over pitching.

Yesterday's loss is on Julio, it's not the end of his career, and I'm sure next time around in th eplayoffs he'll be better but his first post season start was the opposite of Minor's.

And bench Elliot. I don't care who plays second, that turd should be on the bench. I know it has nothing to do with your post, I'm just really sick of Elliot Johnson. Hopefully Wren cuts him so Fredi can't play him next year since seemingly Fredi is blind to how bad he sucks.
