I think there's some merit to it because it would give us a ton of flexibility. If you have two guys that can play multiple positions it gives you all sorts of lineup and pinch hitting options

Agree. I don’t see anything wrong with two super subs who both switch hit. Might not be the best option for LF but might not be as bad as resigning Neck.

Am I missing something? Why would the Braves go after Gonzalez when they basically have a younger cheaper version of him in Camargo?

kind of like the Dodgers having Kike Hernandez and Chris Taylor

or the Cubs having Happ and Zobrist

Scared the crap out of me. Was coming here to post that Marwin the is a prime candidate to be one of those players who forgets how to hit when he joins the Braves, hits around the Melvin line and we regret the signing 2 months in.
