I just hope the injury he sustained isn't serious. His knee was definitely the issue again, and you could clearly see he wasn't moving well or using his legs on serve or groundstrokes. Lost like 10mph on serves and groundies.

Del Potro is just beautiful to watch when he's in the zone. It's like watching Stan.

All we need is for Nole to lose early.

Murray hasn't beaten Roger since AO2013.

Since new racket, Fed owns Berdman.

Nishikori might be a threat you never know.

Last time Fed and Stanimal played on hardcourt Fed demolished US Open Semi 2015.

Thiem, Zverev, Raonic, and Dimitrov have a chance to take out Nole. I hope Dimi does it for his idol Fed.

I think Murray looming in the quarters is the bigger threat.

    Murray struggles against attacking players.

If Milos didn't hurt his quad he probably would have beat Murray in semis.

Roger still effective. Wawa should have beaten him in USO a few years ago.

It it all depends on Rog. If he's even 80% (he says he's 100% now) he'll take him down.

I still want Nole to lose early so Fed's weeks at #1 is still not threatened.

This morning I got a justice boner. It's like I saw tennis the tennis universe was deprived of for a long time and we were rewarded with it.

If Fed plays like that, unbelievable. Nishikori nor Murray stand a chance.

Yep. I woke up from a dead sleep and caught most of it. He looked amazing. No one could compete with THAT Federer.

    Turned back the clock.

I was almost in tears man. I miss seeing that type of tennis, because we sure as hell don't get that with Djokovic or Murray. I also wish Del Potro was playing because he'd make a ton of noise in this tournament, especially since it's reported the courts are playing faster than previous years.

I always get sad watching Del Potro. He has the talent to be right there with Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, and Murray. Damn injuries.

Yeah. Thankfully he's not injured he just admitted he wasn't fit enough to play.

I'd rather he ease back in. Last year he beat Murray in Scotland, Rafa and Nole in Olympics and Wawrinka in Wimby.

If Fed didn't win I totally would have wanted Del Po to play and win.

Im just relieved Nole can't get #1 and get closer to Nadal or Fed's slam count.

I hate to to say that I actually have grown fond of Nadal now that I see him struggling. In their primes I hated seeing Fed play Nadal but I'm happy to say I witnessed the greatest grass and greatest clay court players of all time at their peak powers go at it.

Such an epic tournament so far. I really hope Federer can keep it up. To snatch his 18th in his return? Wow.
