I have zero faith in MLB officiating since the outfield fly rule call in the wild card game. It was bad enough in game but Joe Torre coming out and defending the call, saying Sam Holbrook made the right call was ridiculous. It's clear MLB doesn't care about correct calls.

This is where Snit being so double switch happy kills us. Need a run in the ninth against a good reliever, and our lefty power bat in Tucker was pulled for some ridiculous reason. Now we’ll have to pinch hit a bad RH hitter in that spot instead.

Yeah. But you try to get guys who can hit in front of your table setters. With a short bench you have to maximize that pinch hitter.
