There is no guarantee the pitchers spot even comes to bat again this game. Kemp should have batted even if the bases were empty to have a chance to tie it up.
This is precisely the kind of garbage tactics a playoff team can't have from their manager. Snit needs to go before the Braves are playing games that actually matter.
Braves need 2 more base runners to get Kemp an AB in the 9th.

Yeah, this game is over. Still sad we couldn't score on the Mets' top trash pitcher. It's annoying, but I'm so insanely encouraged by Newcomb that I'm giddy
Does it matter that much or can posi-Braves smile about his debut. He threw some 96, some 90. Whatever. He was very good.
