You're in trouble because its a physical impossibility.

No it isn't. I mean being totally in front pulling your body it is because it defies physics but being infront in baseball terms means that you're more or less pushing the ball or whipping the ball in a way you shouldn't. Hard to tell which from a still.

There's a catch word I'm missing for what coaches call it that teaches this behavior, it's not coming to me but basically a kid is not letting his arm naturally go through cause of some reason or another so he rushes his arm causing extra exertion.
